Cure time
I am using Evercoat Polyester Glazing Putty to cover over some pinholes, etc. I intend to spray primer over this, but the primer asks that the glazing putty be completely cured prior to painting. How do I tell when a two part product is completely cured?

Personally I'd read and follow Evercoat's recommendations on cure time. Another method is to keep the extra amount not used somewhere you can test it after a few hours or days.
Most two-part materials tend to be rather quick curing---I'm guessing an hour or two max?
