I would recommend the Scan Gauge 2 for sure. I am also a fan of the EGR delete.
I currently have a 5 inch straight exhaust on my truck. I will, at the very least, put a muffler on it. I like the fact that it flows better and keeps EGTs down. I don't like the drone and loud whistle and the loud exhaust sound. Also when working around the turbo the 5 inch pipe gives very little room. Those are the pros and cons in my opinion.
