Just out of curiosity, what shoudl the normal boost reading be for a stock 6.0? My searches and reading say 25 is max (or should be) for a stock truck?
now granted I dont have a mechanical gauge, and just going off the reading from the torque app...but I got on it from a roll perhaps 30mph up to 65mph...and the most it read was 14psi.
I know the cummins will read 23psi max on the computer (despite the turbo actually making more)...was curious of there was a similar limit ecu wise for the 6.0.
truck runs just fine (other than pretty terrible gas mileage on my first long highway trip).
yea, i figured to see absolute max it would need to be strained pretty hard...however I just figured 14.0psi was on the low side overall...even if just going WOT at 35mph or so.
probably just getting a bit overzealous when it could simply be the torque app reading off...I see there is a calibration/adjustment section for boost...but given im at sea level I left it at zero.

Try putting your foot in it from a stop. I will typically see around 20-21 while doing this.
Does it have a tune or stock programming? from a stop light i can step on it and see 28. Highest I've ever seen while towing is 35-38 (analog gauge). Thats from a mechanical boost gauge at the throttle body.
Going up and down the mountains, I consistantly hit 28-30 psi, with a manual guage. That's without a trailer. If I step on it on flatland on the interstate, easily get 20-25 all the time.... other than studs and small things like that, it is not modded or tuned... is that too high???!!!
