Help with some items on my 68

The first issue I have is the blinkers dont blink. The light comes on bright but no blinking. I have to manually do it. Any ideas?

Second, I've had issues with downshifting and the gears grinding. From what I've read either the syncros are going, fluid level is low or the clutch is out of adjustment. For syncros it will have to go to the shop. I can handle the fluid but I cannot read how to adjust a clutch. It is a 4 speed mated to a 300. I can push the clutch down about 3 inches before it tightens up.

Lastly, who is the supplier that has the best reputation for parts new and used? I'm new to the older Fords and would hate to have to find out on my own thru trial and error. It is expensive enough to keep them going without being taken. Thanks in advance for your help.

I would check to make sure all the bulbs are working if so I would replace the flasher fuse.Clutch if you need to adjust the adjustment is down on the bell housing driver side there is a rod with nuts to adjust.I have bought parts from Autokrafters and Dennis Carpender I like D.C. parts and service
