2005 F350
Backstory: Left Virginia towing a 13000 pound trailer, limped into Barstow Ca three days later with clogged fuel filters. Replaced filters and truck was running rough but on the road. Made it the last 500 miles home, and has been in current condition since. Completely at a loss, have plenty of tools and mechanical abilities necessary for most repairs…unfortunately can’t pin point problem, PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
Fuel pressure out of pump is 85 psi
Using a Scangauge 2 Xguage settings:
FICM reads 48.5 key on engine off, and 47.5 while cranking
IPR is 14.8 key on engine off, and 30-60 while running (RPM based)
SYNC is 1
ICP varies between 1400 and 2200 psi while running (RPM based)
Fuel injectors have all been rebuilt with new O-rings. (75HP increase)
Oil and filter changed
Air filter changed
Fuel filters changed
EGR valve cleaned
Disconnected exhaust in front of catalytic converter
Double checked electrical connectors and other connections
