Hey yall my F150 has been making this ticking/clicking noise ever since I got it, my dad said it was an exhaust leak and I think hes right but I just wanted to check with yall if you think it could be anything different? A bunch of people said it was my headers and im pretty sure thats it but if it is how much would it cost to get them fixed?

Well...not to be smart A**....but it is really hard to say without a sound bite or video. We here in cyber land can not foresee or hear much to give a accurate opinion.
easiest way is to post a link to youtube or online media storage of some kind.
Some more info would be helpful too. for example; When this noise is most prevalent/noticed? cold starts or after it is warmed up? How many miles are on it? or how many miles are on the headers after they were installed?
Take it purchased this way...just to clarify. Did you do this or have someone install them? IF...they are a reasonably recent install and you, or the former owner had a shop do this....then that shop should help you expense wise. Especially if the time line is pretty short...the longer the time since the install, the odds go down.
I realize your main concern is to get things sounding better. With little better info we can help toward that goal.
If your relatively certain it is exhaust leak....you can have a reputable shop do a smoke test and this will pin point the leaks. This, in the long run, may save you time and money getting things repaired.
