Door lock issue

I am having a problem with a 2010 FX4 super crew rear passenger door. The door lock buttons in the cab, door key pad, or key fob will not actuate the door lock in question. I replaced the door latch assembly and that did not fix the problem. Can manually actuate the lock. Any thoughts before I take it to the dealer?

Sounds like the actuator is gone. Not sure why you replaced the latch?

The latch assembly on the inside of the door. The actuator and the latch are one assembly.

So I was searching for an answer to this exact problem, my truck just started doing the same thing. Did you ever find out what the problem was?

Check the wires that run between the body and the door to make sure none of them are broken from the door opening and closing. Im cant say if this is the problem but it is worth a look. It used to be a big problem in Dodge pickups.
