EOT sensor ??

EOT sensor ??
I am looking to replace the EOT sensor and all the ones I find on line are different. That sensor is on back driver side of hpop, the one that is on my truck is almost round, and the ones I find are square or different. The plug looks close to the ECT sensor, are they the same sensor in both locations? And where to buy one?

i bought one from auto zone, ask them for a coolant temp sensor

So that will work? I do see some plugs where they are different but look the same by eye. I dont know they list a EOTS as a part if it the same as ECTS, gets me scratching my head.
