Feedback on shocks.. Rancho..

I see this question come up a lot here about shocks, so i wanted to give my feedback on that topic! LOL!

I had the factory shocks on my 98 Sport for some time, until I went ahead and chanced buying something different, the RS5000's. I have to give props on serious improvement!

Typically with as many miles as I drive daily, and various roads conditions, I needed something that would hold up. I traverse many oil field roads, which are notoriously rougher then all get out, and the rest is a small highway that has some serious dips at higher speeds. This with the wind and weather out here, can make handling a nightmare.

After installing these RS5000's, talk about major handling difference! Aside from getting that tight steering back again, and smooth ride, I noticed that when I put it through the paces, I could cruise across cattle guards on dirt roads at extremely high rates of speed and maintain my drive ability where before I couldn't. The wash boards also seem to disappear and more so at higher speeds. The top heavy feel also faded away. Usually when clipping along a dirt road and making a sharp turn ahead, there are serious wash boards that mess with the active 4wd that can kick in, which without being on the ball, will cause some fish tail issues coming out of the turn. now that improved dramatically as accelerating out of the turn is a dream! Pot holes are also a thing of the past. My coffee cup test left me dry for once as I could find some big dips and holes to cruise across! LOL!

Anyways, these are very worth while to get installed on these rigs!
