question for the water/meth users

The actual system doesn't take long at all, I'm in the process of building a custom 10 gallon tank for mine that mounts under the truck. The tank that comes with it is way too small! But along with the tank, I'm also mount an air tank and compressor so its a work in progress.
Welding the bungs into the IC pipe is probably the longest part of the project.
I think I'm just going to run straight water until it get cooler out.

Are you guys having EGT problems? I know you're going to bigger injectors but what about with what you have? There was a tread on here about towing and how well you all did, should you have mentioned water meth set up to do so? Just foe those who are reading this.

Not at all! I'm installing water meth for the cleaning properties because of running straight waste vegi oil. EGT are no where near a problem with my setup. Matter of fact I probably wouldn't be installing it if I didn't win it at RRE.

none here, the 238/100's towing 10,000 lb camper max temps are at 1200f in the mountains..With the new 300/200's I am not sure yet. taking the truck/camper to Jodys (DP) Thursday for tuning..

Didn't know you won yours Mike. Did they ever post a list of winners from RRE and what they won. Guys really like to see what all was offered for prizes. Joey, live tuning is great. To bad we all couldn't go that route. Let us know how it works with the 10K trailer. Do you have EGT in both exhaust manifolds?

Dang, I have almost 300gals of methanol here for making bio-d - but we haven't made a batch in a couple years. Lemme know when you are ready again and I'll sell ya some of this...

Mike, ended up in the bed. I would have needed a custom tank for under the bed..maybe later.For now by the tail gate on the passenger side
