Is anyone running Bilstein shocks?
I have a '78 F-250 Supercab 4x4, and I'm hearing a lot of talk about how the Bilstein 5100 or 5125 series shocks are great shocks for these trucks. Question is, how is this possible? Bilstein does not make a top-stud/bottom -stud mounting option as is required for the front. It looks like they do make a top-stud/bottom-eyelet as required for the rear though. How are you guys doing the front? Are you using one of those stud to eyelet adapters? If so, which shock are you using? does it need to be shorter to take into account the adapter? Any part numbers? Any help would be appreciated.

I have had bilstiens on multiple toyotas. Great shocks. I am running Skyjacker Nitro's now they are good as well but are very stiff untill you get a load on them.
They do make conversion mounts for shocks. I.E. Stud to eyelet and visa versa.

I like Bilstiens,HIO hooked me up with shockwarehouse in florida,,,just match skyjacker # for crossover for Bilstien shock.Yes rear no problem ,front for bilstien resevoir or adaptor,,,,,shockwarehouse has a bilstien sale ,I beleive in Oct
