My 2002 f150 2 wheel drive makes like a humming noise , hard to explain but the noise gets higher pitch the faster i go , and slowing down pitch gets lower .I assume its my bearings on front wheels, anybody else have anty ideas, thanks ..recently replaced pads and rotors grease bearings good.

does the noise react with ground speed or engine RPM?? ( is the noise present parked in the driveway and reving the engine?) just clarifying.
does it change turning right or left?? If so, it could be the rear diff oil is broken down or low and needs replaced/ refilled.
It could be the U-joints on the drive shaft.
it could be the emergency brake pad broke loose ( if you have rear disc brake pads)
it only does it driving , not stopped .
feels and sounds like it is in front end but not 100% sure
It slowly got worse and worse, started hearing when veering around a turn and now it is when i start to move going up in speed and when im slowing down to a stop.
I did changed rear diff oil 3 months ago.
But it sure sounds like front end , wheels almost like nobby tires sound if that makes sense. Thanks
recently the noise has gone one day and back the next , i noticed when i slow to veer or turn right the noise goes away , turning or veering left it stays .
Gonna pull drivers side brakes and replace bearings since i have new ones.
Brakes were done 3 months ago , i reused bearings.

I'd check the wheel bearings too...Mine never really made much noise just a little more nobby wheel noise but it is a 4x4 ...unlike yours. The biggest thing I noticed was that after I replaced my front wheel bearings was that my radio antenna didn't wiggle any more...prior it always had this little gyration/wiggle to it.
might want to check those tie rod ends and ball joints too.
