Ticking while turning

On my 2000 F350 I'm hearing a ticking noise while turning at low speeds. When I turn right I hear it from the driver's side front wheel and left turns the noise comes from the pass side front wheel. This started about 2 weeks ago. I've looked at the brakes and still have plenty of pad. The noise doesn't occur if I have the front end up and spin the wheels, just while driving. The noise seems to coralate with speed, faster speed, faster ticking. Also, I only hear the noise while driving forward, not reverse. Could this be an ABS issue? Bearings? I haven't pulled the hub yet to inspect the bearings and repack but that is my next step. The noise isn't loud, just anoying.

Any sugestions greatly appreciated.

Its prolly the wheel bearings going bad. Bearing for a sable are around $70 bucks. Dont know what they are for ford trucks. =)
