i have a 1999 e350 15ft box truck(dually) that when I press on the emergency brake peddle it goes straight to the floor and does not hold the truck in gear at all. the brake light does not come on sometimes when you press the peddle all the way down. is there a way to tighten up just the cable? this truck has disk brakes in the rear.
