New headlights

I'm upgrading the headlights and parking lights on my 01 f250 to the 02 style and was needing to know if the turn and corner bulb is these and are they both amber?

If you have 3157A bulbs already, then it's the same bulb. If it's a 3157, then buy a couple of -A', as they are amber in color and the basic bulb is "white" (clear).

The corner assemblies are mostly clear with a small amber reflector portion on the bottom/side.

I'd change the corner reflectors to the newer style at the same time, but that's just opinion.

Nope.....If you use clear bulbs then your turn signals will be white.
You can get a pair of AMBER (orange) bulbs at the part store for about $5.
If you give them your year and model for truck, they will probably show the regular clear bulbs. Just tell them you need the same bulbs but in AMBER, not clear.

When turn signals first became a standard item on automobiles, the front "blinkers" were white, not amber. The rears were red, not amber.

A few years later it evolved to what we have today, probably influenced by Europe.

I believe white fronts are still legal in the states. It is here in PRKalifornia.

Front turn signals in Texas can be either white or amber. Rear must be red.
