Brakes Pulsating
If this was my car or older truck I would know what the deal was. First hill I came down in my recently bought 2003 F250 the pedal pulsed a bit as I tried to slow down...is this the way ABS brakes behave? Never had them on a truck before...she stopped ok but don't know if they are warped or normal ...I'll pull wheels later (not a daily driver)

ABS pulse feedback through the brake pedal would be quite rapid, not at all consistent with wheel speed, a bit gentle and not affecting steering.
Warped rotor pulses would be consistent with wheel speed, perhaps somewhat more noticeable and possibly causing a pull in one direction.
Sounds more like slightly warped rotors.

Warpped rotors will present itself by causing the steering wheel to shimmy under braking.
You may have just hit a slick spot on the pavement where some other car spilt or leaked something.
Does this pulsing of the brake pedal happen during normal braking ?

The question was only one time ? That sounds like a yes answer.
A good test may be to find a big empty parking lot, do a some brake test from different speeds.
ABS will cause the pedal to pulsate, that's normal. Even practise in the parking lot in the rain.
If your good you can do what's called "threshold breaking". That's where you learn where the pedal has the maximum stopping just prior to lock up.
Its a good thing to learn how to do.

yeah I haven't driven it much just picked it up.. I was just wondering about how the ABS brakes in the F250 XLT felt since most of my other trucks have been pretty much basic.. didn't know to expect

well I sent the truck back to dealer after all you can't sell a vehical if the brakes are not legal...so end results are, they had to replace front and back and she runs fine now
