2008 diff cover

I scored a 2008 aluminum diff cover. I read somewhere about needing longer bolts. Can someone tell me what size bolts are needed. I'm at work without the truck and would like to get some nice stainless Allen head bolts. Size and thread size if possible and how many. Thank you.

I do believe they are 5/16" by 1 1/4" long. You need 12.

Yep, I used 12 5/16 - 18 x 1.25's on mine. 3 years no leaks.

Thanks guys. I got everything I needed. I had to get carbon bolts but whatever they were free. There black and should accent the aluminum cover nicely.

Sweet there was a truck at a wrecking yard here a couple weeks ago I didn't know they would fit I hope that it is still there! If so that little jewel is mine!
