2011 4x4 help needed

Hey guys, I bought a 2011 f150 a used a year ago. I was heading to my cottage yesterday, and had to use 4wd as the road was soft. I had the windows down and could hear a snapping in the front end. I made a video to see if someone could tell me what it could be. My local dealer can't get it in until late next week. I'm just wondering if its safe to drive. I should note that it doesn't do it in 2wd. Please help. Thanks.

not sure what that sound is but it sure doesn't sound good

Check the driveshaft from the t case to front diff. Might have torn a boot and running the joints dry.

I went out and checked, and my front drive shaft doesn't have rubber boots. Everything looked good. I had my father drive it ahead and back. It sounds like it is under the firewall.
