Service guys

Took my truck in for some service work had a warranty figure hey lets use it cost me 200 each time it goes to shop so gotta make it worth while. Told to service guy what was wrong and need it back by Friday, took it in on Monday so a week to get it all done should be easy peasy... Hellz no) I need my trailer hitch so swing back by on Wednesday to get it find they took it to Ford dealer I bought the truck used from a Dodge dealer, any ways swing by ford to get hitch gal tell me truck is done and its 245$$ I try to explain it has a service contract and 200$$ deductible.. Miss Thang gives me the eye roll and the look of look just pay the bill but I will read what’s written look she says Ohh your right... Jeez No kidding but im like ok what was done we fixed the door lock and that was all, I’m like nope there is bla bla bla an Miss Thang just rolls her eyes and calls the service guy,(I was thinking Miss Thang was a slot machine cuz her eyes kept rolling like one.) well Ford service guy comes over and we talk he is like oh man I didn’t get all the info so he calls to guy at Dodge to confirm what I’m saying and the guy at Dodge tells him I added all this stuff after the fact, Reason Ford called Dodge was truck was just dropped in the night drop with a note and it looked like a page was missing. Now Im pissed off cuz truck been gone 3days and it wont get back into shop till Friday... Ok got the weekend to cool off and hope for better... well Friday comes and I call Dodge for a update and leave ends up being 4 unreturned phone calls I call Ford and told maybe Tuesday but Wednesday for sure part is out of stock GRRR oh well.. Now hear the story gets good for some reason the wife stops by to ck on the truck and Dodge service guy tells her he has been busy dealing with other costumers issues and will get to us when he can it won’t be today, wife says she is just starting to get revved up when a guy in a tie steps in an tells her to wait a moment and he will fix the issue, the service guys turns white and has that just stepped on my dick look, turns out the guy who cut the wife off was the Dealer owner and he took the guy in back and some gal came out and helped the wife. So 6pm Friday wife gets a call and has same update I had and the gal on the phone will up us from now on. The only thing Dodge would say is sorry it happened. So Wednesday comes and get the call we wanted truck is done come get it swing by to get it and go to cashier an she say they need 1300 bucks I roll my eyes and explain it has a deductible for 200 she said that it does not and the bill is 1300, Pff back to get my service gal and ask WTF she says she will fix it give her a minute, wife hits me and points hey there is the guy in the tie with the casher I look over and another casher is there walk over give her the name and boom 200 bucks out the door... Now I’m just wondering what gives have to look next time at dealer ship for the casher and service guy. As for the 1300 in repairs it was a door lock, keyless entry pad, and an lf axel seal so im about 1 more trip to the dealer for repairs and the warranty has paid for its self.

Sorry to hear about your troubles Bagman but glad it got straightened out because of you being on top of it. Remember, punctuation is the readers friend. Take care.
