Electrical plug ID

Does anyone know what this plug is? It's located on top of the frame above the main fuel tank on my '78 F250.

Looks like a standard "flat 4" or "5" trailer plug......

Maybe, but it's right behind the cab on the drivers side. I was thinking it was part of the camper special package?

I tested it with my meter. It's hooked up to signals, brake lights, and running lights. My guess is that you'd plug your camper into it behind the cab to run lights on the camper. As you can see, I won't be using it for that purpose
