Each piece would have to be measured and then a slew of measurements would have to be provided with no guarantee Kentucky windage comes in to play..... Why not get a grill insert or bring your grill insert with you as the model so the OD, ID, spacing, and tabs are exactly positioned?
You want ideas?
Come up with Dentside bucket seat brackets! There are some shop drawings in PDF over in Fordification or come up with a universal base and then adjustable bracketry to fit donors of your choosing.
Locking gun rack... every Dentside should have a gun rack.
Folding canvas bed topper... like a military 6x6 truck. Check this out: http://www.can-back.com/
Aluminum tonneau cover... build it like an airplane wing with spars, lightening holes, and rivets. Keep it lightweight.
A custom headache rack with two jerry can mounts, work lights, brackets for a Hi-Lift jack, and water jug.
You should know by now that they all are "highboys" cause that's cool to say about your truck. How about the F150 "highboy", read that one lately?
"Yea my is a 79 F350 Lariat Custom Ranger Snow Fighter Explorer High Boy with Dana 60 in the front and a Dana 80 out back and a 429 SCJ" 6 pk carbs and supercharged and a 5 spd with a divorced xfer case with 44 boggers on 22's no less, and 4 shocks per wheel, 4 steering stabilizers, BLINGAGE. Yes I'm bad ***, look at me girls, said the mall crawler.
In reality its a 78 F250 Ranger low boy 351M 4 spd D44 front D60 rear, married xfer case and 33's, but hay ya gotta have dreams.
I like some of these desert guys rack ideas/designs.
