tie rod end install problem
I am replacing the tie rod ends on my 94 f150 2WD and when I tighten the castle nut all the way down. The hole in the tie rod stud is about 3/16ths of a inch above the top of the nut. So as it sits the cotter pin wont keep the nut from turning. Does this mean its the wrong part or am I tightening the nut to much or do I just space the nut up with some washers? Thanks.
