Wow! That's just the expression I used to describe my project to a friend on the phone, except that I said 'Mechanics Illustrated'. That's what I was going for. Yes, my design. I never did a sketch. It just evolved from what I had on hand We have a height limit on the WA. State ferries. 7'-6" and if you are over that you pay big time. Under that and under 22' in length is same as a car and I can use my commuter pass.I have since accesorized it with some old reflectors etc to complete the look. Thanks, Gary

She's as good as new now. Well, she lost her hearing on her left side, but that's really convient for her when we're driving together.... She's still at work and I'm watching her grandkids right now. Got 'em watching the Waltons... Who wouldn't love a '28 closed cab AA? , and never mind it's the holy grail express bed! We leave in the morning for the show, but Ravin will be on her own with the kids ( with a little help from her friends)
