Hello, Im looking for anyone selling an OEM Navigation/Radio/CD player for a 2008-2010 F-250. I have the stock 6-cd changer with small green display and would like to upgrade to the bigger screen and navigation. Ive looked at several aftermarket options, but I dont wanna loose the functions of my steering wheel controls (sounds dumb but I love the convienence) I don't know of any aftermarket units that support it. Any advice would be very helpful...Thanks

 

I think the navigation system in any ford 08+ is the same, i know they all have the same plugs as the regular 6cd.
There are bunch on ebay but you need to make sure they get you the bezel as well.

You just need the monitor, the gps antenna,the dvd and you need the surrounding bezel (this part has to be from the truck)... i hope other people from the forum can confirm this as well.

 

You can get a small box that will let an aftermarket head unit work with
the controls on the steering wheel.
