I have used it on a cop. Actually. He came half into my lane, and was obviously texting in his cruiser. He did pull me over, and told me he thought the use and loudness of my horn was inappropriate, and kindly responded, texting in a cruiser, in a state that has made that against the law and then causing me to swerve into the on coming traffic lane was inappropriate as well. He said sorry... It was his kid... And I said what txts are you talking about and he said hmmm I don't remember hearing a horn... And walked away
