Linear Logic is not happy and I support them.
I also found this little acronym that you may get a kick out of. CRAP (Chinese Replacement Auto Parts)

Ther reason I was searching was to see if someone had come up with a trick
for fast programming the SGII from a computer. No luck YET.
I bought some C.R.A.P. brake parts off ebay, thru a US seller and for another car, that I'm trying to get them to take back because, well, they are crap.
Maybe ebay will need to change their name to: junk from the ROC bay...
Sadly if it is a highly marketable product of anything there is gonna be a cheap counterfeit version made by somebody.
China just happens to be the biggest at this time. Not shure why it is even necessary nearly everything made is built in china now anyways.
I can envision somewhere in China a production line where at some point there is this guy going " Now this one goes to the Americans and this one goes to us and this one goes to the black market." all off the same production line.
This is a REAL thorn in my side because they have pirated my wife's business, it's bad enough that we have it trying to be done here in the US. SCREW NAFTA and bring back American industry !

If you older guys recall in the 70's it was Korean steel, the 80's it was Japan, the 90's was Mexico and India and the last decade has been China. I am now also starting to see a lot of imports from Vietnam esp. in the furniture line.
We are forgeting INDIA well that may not be clones but just real cheap labor going there. Dang shure got the market on call centers.
Ironically, i create automated tests for my employer. My tests replaced 8 workers in Bangladesh. Haven't been able to hire another person to help me, not many 'programmers' view testing as too desirable.
The problem with remote workers is the hidden expense in managing them to keep them productive and up to date with changes.
