I have a 1992 F150 extended cab running 32 x 11.50 on a stock lift. Like most Ford trucks it sits nose down. My tires rub when turned to the extreme. What is the best way to get that nose up in the air? I want to do a four inch lift eventually but my budget right now is only going to allow for a leveling kit or less expensive solution. Thanks
New front springs should be a viable solution on a budget, Moog apparently makes the best ones... though I can't remember the model, can anybody else please share it?.
Do the tires rub on the edge of your bumper when you turn? They did on my 33"s, I cut a little off the inside of the bumper where you can't notice. Problem solved.
I have a 3" front, 4" rear Rancho lift, not sure if those are still made. When I got the lift installed, the nose was down as compared to the back. I just removed the spacers under the leaf springs to level it out.
Superlift and BDS make good leveling coil springs. I think the Superlift part number is 117. All you need is the springs and an alignment. They will raise the front about 1.5 to 2 inches. I have the Superlift springs on mine. Another good option are the Moog replacement F250 front coil springs. They will lift the front about the same. I think their number is CC844.
