It's been worked on by a local mechanic. I know for a fact that the local psd mechanics at the ford house has come to this guy for answers and advice. I love the 2011.

This would be the first step if it's not "turning over" with key in the start position. Note how he uses the wire to CRANK the truck over. It will verify starter, batteries and cable connections are ok.

If this works ok, it gets a little more complicated.

Talked to my dd and the mechanic said the new alternator was out and the cap on the frame rail fuel filter was loose
