supercharged 390

Ok, some video:
It really wasn't build to survive too much abuse actually. I lost the motor in the race car the time I was building this car. The budget got whacked and it's pretty stock(actually stock bore/cast 1968 pistons), with everything else getting freshened up and then bolted back together.
The blower was a in the box NOS piece that I machined to fit the car drive onto. The intake is a blue thunder piece(as noted). The cam is a Crower solid tappet .53 lift I had from a previous project and not exactly a blower cam but it works okay enough.
It gets about 5lbs of boost and gets with the program if need be. I've only gotten a few passes on the car and nothing to stomp about. It runs 111 mph, but takes 14 seconds of tire spinning to get through the 1/4 mile. The first three gears(toploader) with BFG radials are a waste, but fourth gear it finally gets motivating. I have a spare set of rims/slicks for it, but never get around to trying them. The MPH speaks low 12's if I get it hooked up. Good enough for me, it's a toy and I don't want to really break it. Some day I will get a good shortblock put together, but until then I just cruise it.
Sorry, don't mean to highjack the thread with "cars".
