In my opinion, you are better off buying small items from local parts stores. You can usually take in a sample with you and ensure you get the prooer spare/replacement. Add-a-circuit/fuse tap (by bussman) at autozone is what i used to power add-on electronics in the cab. It's less than $10.

The majority of the ones in my ex are mini fuses (or mini ato fuses). They are a blade fuse. The ex also has Maxi fuses in it as well. If the OP is going to be doing the add a circuit, they'll probably use one for the mini fuse.
