Brake conversion

I have a 1983 f150 with a ford 9in rear end and was wondering what it would take to convert the stock drums brakes to disc brakes. like what kit to get and if i would need a different proportioning valve and all the other odds and ends that would go with it.

i know Currie offers a setup that uses an Explorer style disc brake setup with special rotors to fit over the axle shaft flange.
