Can you convert rear drum brakes to disc?
This is the kit you want! I did alot of research and this is the kit I will buy for my 1984 Bronco once I get the money. It comes complete with a NEW power brake booster, a NEW front/rear Disc brake master cylinder (Equal chambers sizes for front and back), new proportioning valve. The rear discs / calibers etc.

Get the rear disc kit plus a four wheel disc brake booster, master and valve kit for $995!
Take a look...

The biggest misconception people have is that you can just swap your drums with discs in the rear.
Two things that make that swap bogus.
1. You current drum/disc master cylinder has a small resevior for the SMALL wheel cylinders, and doesn't have the volume to handle rear disc brakes.
2. Your current proportioning value is setup to proportion discs and drums, not 4 wheel discs.
I am sure people will argue against both points, but if you just think about it, you will realize that I am correct.
