I don't think you will find a long handled shifter with a lockout button.

Chuckrob's Lokar shifter has a lock button on top.

the lokar shifter that i have seen has a middle button that is the lock

The Lokar shifter does have a shifter button in the ****, I have the tall curved one as well, except I have the 8 ball shifter **** and the "8" is the shifter button.
