leahb1982 You should start a new post of your own because this one is from 2013. It is also very important that you list the model E 150, 250, 350 ect as well as if it is a motor home or standard van. Also what year and engine size.
Welcome to FTE but we need more information to help out.

Subford knows much more then I do about these vans so when he gets back online i am sure he will have some good advice..
Till then I would not replace a blown fuse with a larger fuse because the fuses are matched to the circuit wire size. If you install a larger fuse then it can start a fire and you do not want that!
According to NumberDummy in an earlier post, 1984-1987 uses the same fuse box. I do not have a manual for a 1987 but do have a manual for a 1985. I can not guarantee that the wiring is the same between the 84 and 87 but my 85 manual shows the radio having a separate fuse by itself. it does show the turn signals and windshield washer pump on the same fuse. the overhead/dome light is also on a separate fuse from the others. Did all of these stop working at the same time?
here is the diagram for the 1985 but remember I do not know if it is the same as the 87.

Like annaleigh I have no information on a 1987 class "C" RV.
Now an RV a lot of times is mounted on a year or two years older chassis than the year as sold.
So without the VIN to know the exact year of your RV I can offer very little information.
I do have the wiring diagrams for the 1982, 1985, 1988 and 1989 Econolines but I never had an 1987 van or RV.
That said it sounds like you may have bad wiring going to a trailer connector on the rear of the RV.
Are you towing a trailer or a car?
If not that you may have a problem with the fuse panel itself. It may have a short or burnt places behind it.

HI All, I have a 1987 E-350 460 cu in Empress RV that has the same turn signal / flasher issue. They always worked and just yesterday the turn signals seemed to flash slowly, then they stopped altogether. I have checked the fuses according to the service booklet I have and they have power...nothing blown. I replaced the flasher units, and still nothing. Is there a fusible link that is in the circuit somewhere I don't know about ? Any help would be appreciated !
