wheel well liners

I understand ford offers these as aftermarket accessories for the rear wheel wells and they are generally liked. Has anybody tried the ones made by Rugged Miners ( http://www.ruggedliner.com/product-rugged-wheelwell.php )?? I'm debating whether to go this route or simply spray the wells with either rattle can bedliner or undercoating...

I have the rugged liners wheel well liners myself, love them. Got them on ebay for $89. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Rugged-Liner-Rear-Wheel-Well-Liners-2004-2013-Ford-F-150-WWF15004-/121134010849?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Model%3AF-150&hash=item1c342651e1&vxp=mtr

Install was fairly straight-forward. Did not need to remove the wheels to install.

Yep yep, same here. I did have to trim them a bit when my airbags were installed. They lend a little more finished look to the truck. I'm not sure exactly how well they work, I had mine on before the truck saw much bad weather. But according to guys here, they work pretty well.

See that you're in/from GR, MI.

Auto Accessories 'n More - 1550 Ruppert St (NE-side of GR) - carries the RuggedLiner rear wheel well liners. Have 'em in stock so you can see 'em up-close-and-personal, -AND- will deal (match lowest price).

Have no buying experience with them, however, since they're close by me, I've stopped-in and chatted with them.

Ill have to stop in there some time. Work takes me right in that area frequently. Figure maybe combine the miners to keep stuff clean with a bead of bedliner on the inner fender lip and that should offer some good protection.

Picked them up off Ebay for $90 shipped and installed today. Did a quick rattle can primer along the inner fender lip to help provide a little better corrosion resistance as well as liberal application of Boeshield through out the area. The liners were fairly easy to install all said and done, and I could have been done sooner if I wasn't busy with the primer and the boeshield.

I thought I'd share some pics:

These are the wheel well liners from Ford. They fit well and cover plenty. Paid $100 for the set.

I'm not sure how much it will help- if at all- but I like the way the rugged liners have an extra length of plastic covering the frame rail itself as well.
