You can find them on Ebay but the pricing isnt really that much less. I think one Ford dealer has them at $142 for the rears on Ebay, free shipping. Cheapest I found with free shipping was $140 I think.
If anyone gets the OEM liners I would be interested to see them before you install to compare with the Penda. The Penda liners I ordered from Advance Auto came dusty as if they have been sitting on the shelf for quite awhile, like new old stock. They also seem a little deformed like they were cramped in the box for awhile. I dont know, but I will say that the instructions are Ford branded including the Ford accessories web address.

Weird. I think I ordered the same time as you ... above when I was posting the links. Mine arrived yesterday. They weren't in a box ... just two liners nested together with heavy zip ties to keep them together. All packing material and shipping labels affixed directly to the outer liner. The liners looked brand new, like they just came off the line. Our weather is absolute crap, so it will be this weekend before I even try to install them.
I'll take a closer look tonight, but I thought they looked like they arrived in great shape.
