Performance parts help!
Have a lot of up and coming work needing to be performed. I know there are dozens of website for mustangs that sell aftermarket performance parts but I have been unable to find one dedicated to f150's.
Now there are sites that sell "parts" for F150's but not for the 4.2L v6.
Any help would be great because I'm at a loss here and have been researching for several weeks with no luck.
Parts I'm looking for are:
Silicon radiator hoses
High flow water pump
Good thermostat.
MSD coil pack
MSD wires.
I live in Vegas where the desert heat tears motors up quick so I need quality.

performance ?
NOT sure of the engine in question = JUST bought a used '05 with that V6. Is there another engine in that 'family' ? ( like the old 352 + 360 + 390 FE engines) IF SO, some of THOSE parts /accessories may fit. I have seen 12v. superchargers listed on eBay, as well as "performance chips".

good performance mods
Firstly, my 4.2L 2008 F150 was one of the slowest vehicles I have ever driven. (My mustang makes 482RWHP). That being said I used some of my "mustang techniques" on my f150. I installed a screamin" demon coil pack, msd wires, SCT programming, 4:10 gear, cold air;intake, along with a free flowing exhaust. I was pleasantly surprised with the results.

autolite extrempe iridium. I used them at whatever they were gapped at out of the box. The gap doesn't matter to me due to the fact I have the screamin demon coil pack and it allows me to gap all the way up to .60. I don't gap up to the .60 though. The screamin demon coil provides up to 40% more spark over stock coils. So you have all the play room you could want in regards to gap
