Replacing side mirrors

Does anyone have suggestions for replacing the side mirrors on an '83 F150? We replaced the originals a year or two ago and they suck! They started rusting as soon as they hit the truck and the mirror itself is distorted. Has anyone found aftermarket mirrors that are actually stainless or at least sufficient quality that they will last for a while? They all seem to be made in china. Thank!

Hit the junkyard and you can find lots of stock mirrors or even some neat old aftermarket ones.

I have one sport mirror on my truck (only found one good one at the JY and haven't got around to putting another on...lol) and it's small but I like it.

Like Kirby said, hit the local JunkYards. There are thousands of the stock mirrors out there. I just replaced my original one with some better ones from the JY.
