2004 was the first year for the Harley-Davidson Super Duties, and they did include an extended cab version. This was exclusive to the 2004 model year.
2004 was the only year, besides 2009, to offer the V10 as an engine choice alongside the Powerstroke Diesel (PSD).

My wife has a 2004 Harley Davidson 6.0 extended cab. It does not have heated seats, no serial number on the console badge. We have the build sheet and it is a real Harley.

We had one also. Questioned it being authentic because it did not have the emblem on the console. Everything else was correct though.
