Hard knowing what motor/trans issue the E350 has---back here in The Rust Belt that would probably bring almost $300 cash at the auto shredder plant. Small profit for little work---if it were local anyway! 
The mirrors are a good deal but without modifying the door shell they'll only fit the '03's and above.
