Patience is getting thin. Couple of weeks ago had to replace two injectors and fuel pump. Cleaned fuel tank and replaced filters. A week later the hose blows off the turbo. Now once again I am stranded. Had to oil changed yesterday at the Ford House in Elk City. Told them to check everything out as I was on my way to Colorado towing a 5th wheel. Get up this morning and it will crank and not start. Of course no one can get to me for two days and they have a list of probable causes ranging from HPOP to EGR valve. It isn't the EGR valve, checked it. I did check to see if they put enough oil in and it seems fine (between min and max on the stick). Some suggested IPR others have said leak in hose behind HPOP. I had a bunch of work put in this truck before I ever took it on the road so I wouldn't have breakdowns (studs, head gaskets, blue spring regulator, egr delete, new oil cooler, cooling system flush, new degas bottle). I wonder what's going on when will it end. Truck is great towing when she is running.
^^ Yep, need to know what the codes are. When you said that you told the dealer to "check everything out", there is no way they can predict a break down or part failure like this.

Yeah, I know this. I was just musing about the luck I have been having these past two months.
😞😞😞
Probably the FICM on a cold no start, but need some gauges to read some live Data or if you have a DVM there is a FICM test procedure in the tech folder here is the link, https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/8...procedure.html
The IPR was dirty and was replaced, but still no start, so getting a new HPOP. If this solves the present problem, I wonder what else I need to replace to have an unevenful trip? So far, I have the ARP studs and bolts, new head gaskets, new injector harness, new o rings on the injectors, two new injectors, egr delete, new oil cooler, blue spring in the fuel regulator, new fuel pump, cleaned out fuel tank and by tomorrow a new HPOP and new IRP valve. Outside of the turbo, which has been cleaned, and the FICM, I think I have had about everyting replaced.
What year is this truck? The 05 and up hpop's rarely go bad. If it is 05 and newer I would suspect the STC fitting, or stand pipes and dummy plug's. But you really need to get the code's. The FICM may have quit, and that could be it.
Edit: Just read that the truck is an 04. The HPO system is different from the 05 and up.
