Grinding Noise Front Driver's Side When Decelerating
Grinding Noise Front Driver's Side When Decelerating... seems to get louder as I coast to a stop. Tire is wearing unevenly...
Any thoughts?
Thanks!

Uneven tire wear is a sign something is not correct, but you need to be a little more descriptive . What part of the tire is wearing unevenly?
Does this grinding noise change when you apply or release the brakes?

Thanks RedFord! Inside of tire uneven wear pattern...like every other tread print. Brakes or no breaks it grinds. I notice it when I slow down (less engine noise maybe). Kind of rhythmic, rolling, grinding...

If 4x4, sounds like a front wheel bearing going bad. You must purchase a new sealed unit to replace if the cause.
Other obvious issue is the brake pads worn out, metal to metal contact, but wouldn't expect to hear iT when decelerating.
With tires wearing poorly, check your upper and lower ball joints too.

Check the front axle U-joints also, although you'll usually get a lot more than a grinding noise if those are going bad.

You have yet to say what truck you have. It makes it really difficult to give you advice--much less part numbers--with no information.
Please list at least the year, model, trim level, whether it's 4x4, and whether you have auto- or manual-locking hubs.
