bad map.....maybe i need help

Ok so I have a 92 f150 5.0 v8 when I start the truck up I have a horrible all.over the place idle runs smooth when I put her into drive up until the shifting into 2nd(automatic tranny) then ut acts like its getting bogged down and wants to stall (but doesn't) until about half way thru 2nd and then smooths out until it hits 3rd an so. i was told "oh that's easy its ur speed control sensor" so replaced no dice still does it. Then itbwas "u have a vacuum leak" check fixed. Then it was cuz my cap needed replacing did that yesterday and guess what still not fixed. Can anyone offer me any more suggestions before I go and fix someyhing that's not broke? Was told its either my map or idle control.valve

So to recap horrible idea high gas consumption truck acta like its gonna stall when shifting.
