Auto Enginuity Problems

Has anyone else had problems getting their 7.3L to show data on the Auto Enginuity system? It shows me the codes, but there is nothing but zeros in the live data. Their tech support has had me cycle the key multiple times, and I admit it now gives me a valid (or seems like) range for the min and max for the sensors. It originally had all zeros there as well.

I connected it to my 2011 Mustang GT and it read everything just fine. I uninstalled it from a Acer laptop and put it on a Toshiba with the same results. I'm getting frustrated over this system and want to figure what is wrong with my truck so I can fix it and get it back on the road.

I think you have to click a different setting under the menu to work on the 7.3. I do not have ae but read thru Tuglys link in his signature and I seem to remember that.

The first post and somewhere in the second page has a lot of what to pick to make it work. I never read past the 3rd page but he has painstakingly started going thru it.

Finally got it to work. I was sent an older version of the software and that worked. The box from Clay came with 11.1.1. The first try, they sent me a copy of 11.1.3 which didn't work. They sent me a copy of 11.1.0 while I was on vacation and I tried it tonight and it worked. I will let AE know and maybe there is something they need to look at for the new versions.

Okay, AE sent me a new version, 11.1.4, and it worked just fine. I wish the truck ran that fine right now though.
