Made it home! Haven't taken a thing out of the truck yet, I'm beat after 450 miles of 30-40 mph head and cross winds, never-ending climbing in NM, and babying the truck in traffic. Not sure what the problem is, but I'm guessing rust/scale somewhere (everywhere?) in the fuel system. Tank is sealed, all new fuel lines, two filters, so it may be from a gas station's tanks.
Final mileage tally: 3,241 miles
Glad you made it home! Rest up. Work on it tomorrow
Excellent! That means everybody is back home now, except for Ty who has apparently decided to tour the entire southern United States, LOL.
Get some rest my friend. You deserve it.
I may never get home! Such is life as a small business owner. It's ok, sitting in the truck gives me time to think about life and projects. Good way to clean the mind.
Great pictures, Thanks! Looks like Doc has it all, great family, Ford friends, and what a place! It is good to see the pics and read about what a great gathering FTE members and Doc-n-family have provided.
