electrical issues HELP ME!!

Alright guys hears the problem, so I swapped frames on my truck all the wiring came off was labeled and went into storage in my basement until I was ready to put everything together, I put everything back together and what I got was first my hazards and cab lights were blinking, and when you turn the key to start the box on the passengers fender would click I then moved things around and the alternator got hot so I disconnected the battery's and came to consult with you guys as you can see electrical is not my strong suit lol ill post pics off what I'm having issues with thanks guys pictures will be In my albums

I believe the box on the passenger fender would be your solenoid. I believe that if it's clicking it's getting power, but not passing it on and if your alternator got hot, then I think you wired it backwards.

Get a small jumper wire and use it to hook up your power as you figure it out. It's better to melt a small jumper wire than to fry your entire system if you get something wrong.
