Was going to inject into the throttle body through a vacuum hose. Actually I was going to use the Chrysler brand of engine cleaner not the Seafoam. Have been reading how it's recommended by mechanics more than the other.
If your looking to tidy up the fuel injectors, intake valves, piston crowns & head, maybe consider a 20 oz dose of Techron Concentrate Plus, in the tank before filling with Chevron, Texaco, Caltex, or now Shell, so you get good mixing. They already have some PEA in their fuel ad pack, so the additional Techron will raise the treat rate 10X above that of pump gas alone & will usually tidy things up in one treatment.
Do some daily 3500 rpm 2-3 mile runs to blow out any loosened carbon & use most of the treated tank before refilling. Techron in the tank isn't a shock treatment & won't foul the O2 sensors, spark plugs, or oil, like an intake vacuum ingested product could, so if your going to do it that way, maybe consider doing it just before an oil & filter change.
More thoughts for consideration, let us know how it goes.
