I have a 2003 Lincoln Navigator and the Dash Instruments, Power Windows, Sun Roof and Radio all stopped working at the same time. I checked the fuses and they are ok. Any Idea how to fix this?
"wastingas" is wasting your time. There is no computer under the driver's seat.
I didn't say to replace the accessory delay relay, I said to check it's operation, ie, does it work? Does it energize properly, is it receiving the proper power to be fed out and, when energized, does it properly distribute that power to the various loads?
Someone with electrical circuit troubleshooting skills, equipment, and the necessary diagrams is going to need to dive into this and see what circuits work and what doesn't.

Simply this 2003Navi. If you don't have the skills to actually diagnose electrical equipment, rather than replace it, you need to come up with the money for a professional. You'll cost yourself a whole lot more money if you replace every part in the chain that could be wrong here. I'm guessing GEM myself. A quick search will yield lots of information about GEM modules getting wet and corroding overtime to where groups of things stop working. They are not a cheap part, and installing them is not for the faint of heart, so if it is that you need to start some savings.

Sorry for the misuse of TERM 'MODULE' Under the seat not computer. I have seen it be the cause of a lot of things I wouldn't expect it to have relation to (sunroof, mirrors, power pedals and memory) not sure if it is linked to to the gauges also.
