Hey guys,
Haven't been on the forum much in the last couple of months. Sure a lot more work to run this shop than to just work here!
Welcome all the new guys, glad to see some gas burners out there.
Now, anyone got a tailgate trim piece for an '89 short/wide 4x4?
I took one in to paint and he wants to change out that giant piece of chrome for one that doesn't have trailer hitch marks in it. Seems the part is discontinued...go figure.

I think that goes for most of us.

Sorry, I have a mint tailgate/trim from a '76, but nothing newer than that.
That's okay, Joe. We finally found some aftermarket. That tailgate trim runs from over $500-around $350. Owner has decided to go with a new, plain tailgate. The blank gate's only around $150.
This newer stuff is way more high dollar than the old stuff I'm used to. $700 just for a friggin' seat cover!
