I have a 1994 F150 XLT 4X4 and can't get the driver side door open. I pushed in the thumb button on the outside and it went in normally but didn't come back out. I have power door locks and they seem to be working except that the manual lock **** up at the door glass doesn't seem to be coming all the way up. When I activate the power door lock the **** goes up and down but not up as far as the other door.

Removing the interior door panel with the door shut will be a major pain with the seat in the way. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, it should open with the inside door handle even if it is locked, and that should unlock it also.

 

Nope. Inside handle wont open it either. First thing I tried.

 

Just saw where the thumb button stuck in... did you get it pulled back out?

 

Try to pull the button out, then use the internal handle to open the door. You might want to try driving for a while on some rough terrain, sometimes the vibration will unstuck the mechanisms.
